The Communications Program exists to
help Grace Church tell its story. Coordinators
Reg Jones is the 2008 vestry
program coordinator for the Communications Program. June Huber is the
non-vestry coordinator. Currently three committees facilitate this work. The
full Communications Committee meets once a quarter. Grace Notes Team
The Grace Notes Team is responsible
for the production of our monthly newsletter, Grace Notes. Volunteers
write occasional articles, edit submitted items, format the newsletter, and
arrange for its production. Barry Barr is the Grace Notes Team leader.
The deadline for Grace Notes is the 15th of the
month preceding each issue. The Grace Notes Team meets monthly to plan the
content of upcoming issues.

Web Team
The Web Team is responsible for
producing an up-to-date, attractive parish web site at www.gracealex.org.
Volunteers meet as needed to design the text and appearance of the web site
and to create new pages. Heather Hurley is the
webmaster. Beth Wiggers
maintains the site. The Web Team meets monthly.
Technology Team
The Technology Team oversees the
church's needs for computer and network hardware and software. Jay Legere is
the team leader.
