School
Academic
excellence in a nurturing Environment
Founded in 1959 and
supported by our parish's commitment to Christian education,
Grace Episcopal School provides
an excellent, developmentally appropriate education for children ages three
years through fifth grade. Spiritual and moral values plus service to others
are emphasized, both within the school community and beyond. Low
student-teacher ratios give the staff the freedom to cultivate students,
including gifted youngsters, to reach their maximum potential—all in a warm
and enriching environment.
Full accreditation and
licensing
Grace Episcopal School
is accredited by the Virginia Association of
Independent Schools (VAIS) and the
National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). We are
licensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia, and we are affiliated with the
National Association of Episcopal Schools
and the Mid-Atlantic
Episcopal Schools Association.
