Amar, Proclamar y Servir a Dios a través de

  • life-giving liturgical worship
  • joyful community
  • empowering others

We live our mission through worship, in which lay adults, children and youth participate alongside our clergy.  Traditional, life-giving Eucharistic liturgy and fine music are hallmarks of worship at our parish, and we have weekly services in both English and Spanish.  We create a joyful community with a harvest of fellowship activities and events for all ages.  We empower and serve others through vital ministries, particularly around feeding the hungry.  Please explore our website to get to know us or, better yet, come visit!

This Sunday at Grace: June 3

7:30 a.m. Sundays at the Lady Altar
Beginning on June 3, the 7:30 a.m. Holy Eucharist on Sunday mornings will be celebrated at the Lady Altar, rather than at the High Altar.  This change will assist the Altar Guild in preparing for the Choral Eucharist at 9:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. starting June 10).  We will also need only one Lay Eucharistic Minister to assist the Priest, rather than the five various worship volunteers who are currently scheduled as LEMs, Lector, Adult Acolyte, and Usher.

Christian Education Recognition
Christian Education Recognition will happen at the 9:00 service and at 10:15 a.m.  This Sunday is also the last of the two Choral services.  Starting on June 10th, we will have 7:3010:00 and 5:00 services for the summer.

Boys and Girls Choir Choral Evensong, 5:00 p.m.
The Boys and Girls Choir will lead us in Choral Evensong on June 3. The setting of the Magnificat and Nunc dimittis in C minor is by George Dyson with Festal Preces and Responses by Richard Newman written for the Grace Church Boys and Girls Choir. The anthem will be Richard Delong’s Fairest Lord Jesus. Following the closing organ voluntary, the Holy Eucharist Rite I will be celebrated.

Handbell Choir
The Handbell Choir will play its last Sunday for the season on June 3. The prelude, a setting of the Shaker hymn Simple Gifts, will begin at 8:55.
