  • life-giving liturgical worship
  • joyful community
  • empowering others

We live our mission through worship, in which lay adults, children and youth participate alongside our clergy.  Traditional, life-giving Eucharistic liturgy and fine music are hallmarks of worship at our parish, and we have weekly services in both English and Spanish.  We create a joyful community with a harvest of fellowship activities and events for all ages.  We empower and serve others through vital ministries, particularly around feeding the hungry.  Please explore our website to get to know us or, better yet, come visit!

You’ve Got Mail! Invitation from the Card Ministry

A sometimes-dormant ministry at Grace Church is being revived!  Nancy Robinson and her team do a phenomenal job in reaching out to the broad Grace Church community with cards from Shrine Mont, at Christmas, and at Easter.  Those messages are a tangible demonstration to our fellow parishioners that, while some may be away, shut-in, or in a difficult situation, they are in our hearts at Grace.  Throughout the year there are members of our community who have cause for celebration, or for concern, who have reasons to mourn, or to rejoice — and a piece of personal mail might be just the thing to lift their day. The Card Ministry is a channel through which, from one’s home, you can provide this boost.  Cards are provided and can be mailed from the church at Grace’s expense (though providing one’s own cards and using one’s own stamps are of course an option).

If this sounds like the sort of thing that would interest you, or if you have any questions, John Boris would love to hear from you at 703-941-3222 or borisjj@hotmail.com.  Thank you to those in the past who have expressed an interest; you’re still on the list, unless you’d rather not be.
