Welcome to Grace!

We are…..

  • A center for worship and fellowship;
  • A school for discipleship and stewardship; and
  • A community for healing and outreach.

We live our mission through regular participation in the Eucharist and the practice of our baptismal promises. Traditional Eucharistic liturgy and fine music are hallmarks of worship at our parish. Please explore our website to get to know us or, better yet, come visit!

Home Communion

Grace Church appreciates our members who are no longer able to worship with us, and we continue to minister to these valued parishioners through Home Communions. On the third Sunday of each month, our Lay Eucharistic Ministers (or clergy in the month of December and in the season of Lent) take Holy Communion to homebound parishioners who cannot attend services in person. This important ministry allows those who cannot attend on Sundays to stay connected to the parish and to receive the sacrament.

If you’d like to receive Home Communion, contact the Rector ([email protected]).
